SPALECK AutoCLEAN is the new screen lining with integrated self-cleaning capabilities for use in recycling plants. It is suitable for recycling processes that handle materials that become contaminated quickly, such as household waste, slag, automotive shredder residue, or compost. Thanks to its self-cleaning effect, it prevents buildup and clogging of the screen surfaces. This minimizes the cleaning effort and improves sorting quality.

In the photo, you can see how the SPALECK AutoCLEAN screen lining works. Constant, additional movement of the screening surface effectively prevents material such as slag, household waste, or—as seen here—compost from sticking to the screen. In contrast, the lower section shows the buildup of sticky material on the screen mesh—which has been unavoidable to date—in screens without AutoCLEAN technology. Benefit for the recycler: Fully automatic cleaning of its screen liners.
