SPALECK Assembly

As your contract manufacturer and supplier, we act as an extension of your production line for your projects through our assembly services.

As experts in assembly, we manufacture products for, among others, the mechanical engineering sector, the pharmaceutical industry, manufacturers of e-mobility systems, and, for example, point-of-sale and retail technology manufacturers. The goal is to assemble their parts and the components we manufacture or source from external suppliers into complete, fully functional assemblies.

Our assembly services also include, among other things, electrical installation and documentation. This allows you to quickly and immediately process or ship your assemblies. This saves you from having to transport the components unnecessarily and significantly shortens your delivery times.

FORWARD THINKING. SINCE 1869.

Component assembly what is that?

In module assembly, prefabricated parts and components are put together to form a functional end product (module). This includes the professional assembly of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and / or hydraulic components. The parts can be laser-cut, deburred, formed and bent, welded, machined, and painted beforehand, for example. In addition, customer-supplied parts—that is, components you have manufactured or procured—are often incorporated into the assembly process to create the finished subassembly.

When assembling the individual components, our experienced assembly teams put them together professionally according to the construction plan to form a complete assembly or a sub-assembly. The subassemblies are assembled in an assembly line that is optimally tailored to your components. This offers you major time and cost benefits. So you can be sure that your order and the individual assembly steps will be carried out professionally and at the same time very economically. Component assembly in contract manufacturing is very popular with clients, as it allows them to benefit from the expertise of highly specialized assembly professionals.

Comprehensive quality and functional tests are carried out at the end of component assembly and the components are released for dispatch. When shipping, we naturally meet your requirements for packaging, labeling and delivery addresses.

In the video, you can see an example of how the entire assembly process works in detail. The scope of the project and the services provided will be 100% tailored to your project.
