Your workpieces during mass finishing
We machine workpieces from all industries and sectors. Typical components include:
When it comes to geometries, there are virtually no limits. Vibratory finishing is often a very cost-effective machining step, particularly for components with edges, burrs, or especially high surface finish requirements.
As a surface treatment specialist, we process workpieces from industries such as:
Optimally adapted to your workpiece
Thanks to our expertise in vibratory finishing, we can offer you the optimal vibratory finishing method for your workpiece. Customized to your requirements, we select from centrifugal vibratory finishing, barrel vibratory finishing and vibratory vibratory finishing.
We know, what matters to you
Quality, reproducibility, speed and cost-effectiveness. We deliver brilliant results and quality without compromise. You can find more information about our mass finishing quality here: Quality assurance.
As your partner for contract honing, we offer you a state-of-the-art machine park. Specifically, the following machine types and machining techniques related to vibratory finishing are available:
Short processing times with high material removal rates
PLC-controlled centrifugal vibratory finishing systems designed to meet the highest standards and achieve the shortest processing times for vibratory finishing. Chips and workpieces are separated using magnetic separators or screening technology.
Round-trough vibrators in various sizes are used to process different batches and materials. The integrated separation system allows batches to be effectively surface-ground. Impact-sensitive workpieces in particular are processed and ground gently.
For specified surface qualities
Excellent technical expertise in high-gloss polishing of your workpieces using tailored processes such as Keramofinish or chemically accelerated vibratory finishing (IDU). Depending on the requirements, surfaces can be smoothed and refined as needed.
Rotary drums are particularly well-suited for small, sturdy parts that are processed using the “part-to-part” method. Typical for high-volume applications.
Component-Specific Drying After the Process
After vibratory finishing, all parts are dried. Depending on the geometry of the workpieces, round trough dryers, continuous belt dryers, or hot-air centrifuges are used for this purpose.
Effective protection immediately after processing
Upon request, components can be treated with anti-corrosion oils after honing. Oiling can be carried out in both drums and centrifuges.
Anneal at up to 200 degrees Celsius
Workpieces can be tempered after vibratory finishing. The heat treatment is performed at temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius.
Storage under specified conditions
Air-conditioned storage facilities are available for all components. This means your workpieces are in the best hands, even after surface finishing.
The best among thousands
As a quality provider of “Made in Germany” vibratory finishing services, you can count on our experience: We select the best media for your vibratory finishing process. This not only benefits your workpiece, but also the environment.
Deburring, polishing and cleaning with SPALECK
As experts in surface finishing, your workpiece is optimally deburred, polished and cleaned by us. We tailor the machining process to your requirements.
Deburring/rounding
Even though laser and punching machines operate with a high degree of precision, sharp edges and burrs can form on the final product (e.g., laser-cut parts). This is why your workpieces are efficiently deburred and rounded at SPALECK. The sharp edges on your components are optimally rounded and the burrs are completely removed.
Polishing/ smoothing
Polishing and smoothing enhances the technical and visual appearance of your workpieces. The surface of your workpieces is smoothed and polished to a high gloss. The roughness values are reduced through the use of specially selected process agents.
Cleaning/ descaling
The cleanliness of workpieces is becoming increasingly important in production. Dirt, rust and temper colors can be optimally removed from your workpieces by descaling and cleaning. This gives your surface an optimum finish.
In addition to vibratory finishing, we also provide electroplating services for your components. Discover our eco-friendly electroplating now.
Perfection down to the smallest detail
Your workpieces are in the best hands
