We Deliver Quality

Supplier production at the highest level

MODERN MANUFACTURING

Experienced welders, high-performance CNC manufacturing, and one of Europe’s leading surface finishing processes enable the cost-effective production of sophisticated components and assemblies for industrial customer projects.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE LOCATIONS

Our manufacturing facilities are consistently designed for industrial projects—with state-of-the-art equipment, well-defined processes, and ongoing investments in machinery and personnel.

EXPERIENCED TEAM

At SPALECK, construction mechanics, machining experts, and surface treatment specialists work hand in hand—from simple laser-cut parts to complex assembly operations.

From a single part to mass production

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

Whether it’s a laser-cut part, a welded assembly, or a ready-to-install unit: Our customers’ requirements for industrial metal fabrication are as varied as their products.

That is why we bring together the most important manufacturing technologies in metalworking and machining under one roof. From precision components to large-scale welded assemblies requiring crane capacities of up to 40 metric tons, we support your projects from prototype to mass production. This ensures short communication channels, close coordination of the individual production steps, and cost-effective solutions for our customers.

Laser Cutting

The quality of many components is determined as early as the cutting stage. Using state-of-the-art laser cutting technology, we manufacture laser-cut parts with high dimensional accuracy and clean cut edges. Whether small sheet metal parts or large-format components measuring up to 2,000–6,000 mm: Precise cutting creates the ideal conditions for subsequent bending, welding, or assembly.
