Machining
We are your No. 1 partner and supplier for CNC machining and the milling of milled parts. Find everything you need to know about CNC-milled parts here.
Specializing in CNC-milled parts
Milled parts are mechanically processed workpieces that are manufactured using the milling process. Similarly, the terms ” welded parts ” are used for welding, ” laser-cut parts ” for Laser cutting, and “turned parts ” for turning.
The milled part is machined on a milling machine according to a geometrically precise manufacturing drawing. Milled parts are available in a wide variety of materials, including metals (such as aluminum), wood, and plastic. The CNC-milled parts serve as important functional components in fields such as mechanical engineering and plant engineering. Other typical areas of application for us as a supplier include CNC-milled parts for the aerospace industry and, for example, CNC-milled parts for medical technology.
CNC-milled parts are characterized by their precisely defined shapes and smooth surfaces, which are produced using modern CNC milling centers or combined turning and milling machines.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING YOU
Our team will be happy to advise you on feasibility, efficiency in manufacturing, and any specific questions you may have regarding the machining of your milled parts. Please feel free to contact us!

CNC Machining of Milled Parts
We manufacture your CNC-milled parts on high-performance, state-of-the-art CNC machining centers to ensure optimal quality. CNC stands for “Computerized Numerical Control.” Your specifications for the finished milled part form the basis of our Contract manufacturing and Contract machining of the blanks.
During milling in manufacturing, excess material is removed from the blank through the rotational movements of the milling tools. To do this, the blank or pre-assembled component is clamped into the milling machine. The milling tools then remove material from the blank at high speed along precisely defined milling paths. Depending on the material and shape of the workpiece, a distinction is made between counter-rotation and co-rotation methods with regard to the direction of rotation during machining. More InformationCNC Machines for Contract Manufacturing of Milled Parts
Milling machines are fully or partially automated machine tools that, in a mechanical machining process, mill workpieces using rapidly rotating cutting tools to transform them into the desired milled parts. A characteristic feature of milling machines is their multiple movable axes (three- or five-axis systems), each of which can be controlled individually and equipped with a tool or workpiece holder. To ensure that the component is manufactured to your specifications with high quality, machine sensors and our highly trained machining technicians monitor the manufacturing process. Milling machines can be categorized into the following types:
In addition, milling machines are classified as vertical or horizontal based on the position of their milling spindles. We would be happy to send you our current list of machines.
