Machining
We are your No. 1 partner & supplier for CNC machining and the milling of milled parts. Find everything you need to know about CNC milled parts here.
Specializing in CNC-milled parts
Milled parts are mechanically processed workpieces that are manufactured using the milling process. Similarly, we speak of welded parts in welding, laser parts in laser cutting or turned parts in turning.
The milled part is milled using a milling machine according to a geometrically precisely defined production drawing. Milled parts are available in a wide variety of materials. These include metals (such as aluminum), wood and plastic. The milled CNC parts are important functional parts in mechanical and plant engineering, for example. Other typical areas of application for us as a supplier include CNC-machined parts for the aerospace industry and, for example, CNC-machined parts for the medical technology sector.
CNC milled parts are characterized by their clearly defined shapes and smooth surfaces, which are produced using modern CNC milling centers or combined turning and milling machines.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING YOU
Our team will be happy to advise you on feasibility, cost-effective manufacturing, and any specific questions you may have regarding the machining of your milled parts. Feel free to contact us!
As a supplier of precision parts, we also specialize in the machining of CNC milled parts.
We accompany you on the way to your milled part, which fully meets your expectations. That is why we offer you, for example, parts documentation, logistics services, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and quality assurance.

More Information
We deliver precision. Since 1869.
To meet your requirements, our state-of-the-art machinery is capable of maintaining tolerances of less than 0.02 mm. As a supplier to the machining industry, we manufacture these highly accurate and precise parts using the milling process. You can find more information about precision parts here.
Milled parts applications
Milled parts are typically components that are used in mechanical engineering, for example. Because they are precision parts, they have a high level of quality, accuracy and mechanical resilience. Areas of application include general mechanical engineering, railroad technology and the medical sector. Thanks to state-of-the-art milling and machining equipment, we are able to offer you top-quality products at highly competitive prices. Put us to the test today and send us your request for milled parts!
CNC machining of milled parts
We manufacture your CNC-milled parts on high-performance, state-of-the-art CNC machining centers to ensure optimal quality. CNC stands for “Computerized Numerical Control.” Your specifications for the finished milled part form the basis for our contract manufacturing and contract machining of the blanks.
During milling in production, the excess material of the blank is removed by means of rotary movements of the milling tools. The blank or prefabricated component is clamped in the milling machine for this purpose. The milling tools then remove the blank at high speed in precisely defined milling paths. Depending on the material and shape of the workpiece, machining is classified into counter-rotation and co-rotation processes based on the direction of rotation. Feel free to contact us!

More InformationCNC Machines for Contract Manufacturing of Milled Parts
Milling machines are fully or partially automated machine tools that, in a mechanical machining process, mill workpieces using rapidly rotating cutting tools to transform them into the desired milled parts. Milling machines are characterized by multiple moving axes (three- or five-axis systems), each of which can be controlled individually and equipped with tools or workpiece carriers. Machine sensors and our highly trained cutting machine operators monitor the production process to ensure that the component is manufactured to your specifications in high quality. Milling machines can be divided into the following machine types:
Milling machines are also divided into vertical and horizontal milling machines according to the position of their milling spindles. We will be happy to send you our current list of machines.
