Become a Logistics Professional at SPALECK
You don’t just want to sit in the office—you want to get things done where real value is created? As a future warehouse logistics specialist at SPALECK, you’ll be the logistical hub between our supplier production and global shipping. You manage the flow of materials—from the receipt of raw materials through internal supply to our production lines all the way to the shipment of precision components. With us, theory immediately becomes practice: You’ll manage inventory and use smart internal logistics to ensure that our production facilities and our customers are supplied.
What do you do as a warehouse logistics specialist?
As a warehouse logistics specialist, you manage the entire flow of goods: from receiving and quality inspection to proper storage and worldwide shipping. Whether you’re working at a computer or operating a forklift—you’re responsible for route planning, loading, and documentation to ensure that every item arrives on time.
Here’s what to expect during your training
During your apprenticeship at SPALECK, you’ll be responsible for ensuring quality and order. You will be responsible for inspecting incoming goods on a daily basis and ensuring that the quantity and quality are exactly as specified. You’ll become an expert in order picking and prepare our components for safe transport to customers around the world. In this role, you’ll not only organize the internal flow of goods but also handle the preparation of important accompanying documents. By conducting regular stock checks and inventory counts, you’ll also always have a clear overview of our entire warehouse.

Your training is far from over. You can continue your training to become a logistics foreman, a specialist in freight transport and logistics or specialize in areas such as dispatch management or strategic purchasing. We will support you in your next career step.
Of course! The forklift license is an integral part of your training. We will teach you how to maneuver different types of forklift safely through our halls. Of course, we will cover the costs.
Both! The apprenticeship is a mix of hands-on work in the warehouse and PC-supported organization in the office. You will learn how to use our merchandise management system, create freight documents and evaluate warehouse key figures. So you are a logistician and manager in one.
