Do you want to do more than just use digital worlds—do you want to program them yourself? As a future IT specialist for application development at SPALECK, you’ll be the architect of our software landscape. Whether you’re developing internal tools or optimizing our interfaces, we turn theory directly into code. You’ll analyze requirements, plan projects, and develop applications that drive our digital progress.
As a trainee IT specialist in application development, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized software solutions. You will optimize our operational workflows for the long term and make them more efficient through intelligent applications.
Here’s what you can expect during your training
During your apprenticeship at SPALECK, you’ll learn to design and successfully implement customized software applications. By working with a variety of programming languages, your day-to-day work will be varied and cutting-edge. From the very beginning, you’ll actively contribute to innovative projects and, through systematic testing, ensure that our software solutions meet the highest quality standards.

No. What counts for us is your ability to think logically and your genuine interest in IT solutions. If you have already tried your hand at Python, HTML or game development in your spare time, that’s great – but not a must. We’ll teach you the craft from the ground up.
You support us in programming interfaces for our machinery, optimize internal business processes in our ERP system or develop tools that make our colleagues’ everyday work easier. You will see directly how your code moves real processes.
