Tumble Polishing
Vibration tumbling is the most common type of tumbling. As a tumbling process, it can be used on a particularly wide range of components. At SPALECK, this process effectively deburrs, polishes, and cleans your workpieces.
In addition, we are your point of contact for all types of vibratory finishing.
Our team would be happy to advise you on the use of vibration tumbling for your components. Please contact us!
Professional Vibration Tumbling
In vibratory tumbling, the tank is filled with your workpieces and the abrasive media. An unbalanced motor sets the entire contents in motion. The resulting relative motion between the workpieces and the abrasive media ensures the desired material removal to achieve a flawless result.
Vibratory finishing is suitable for almost any of your workpieces. A flawless result can be achieved with vibratory finishing, especially with heavy and large workpieces. We process metal, plastic and ceramic parts from all manufacturing processes (e.g. laser parts, turned parts, milled parts, …).
