Your workpieces during vibratory finishing
We machine workpieces from all industries and sectors. Typical components include:
When it comes to geometries, there are virtually no limits. Especially for components with edges, burrs, or particularly high surface finish requirements, vibratory finishing is often a very efficient machining step.
As a surface finishing specialist, we process workpieces from industries such as:
Perfectly tailored to your workpiece
Thanks to our expertise in vibratory finishing, we can offer you the optimal vibratory finishing method for your workpiece. Tailored to your needs, we select from centrifugal vibratory finishing, drum vibratory finishing, and vibration vibratory finishing.
We know what matters to you
Quality, reproducibility, speed, and efficiency. We deliver outstanding results and uncompromising quality. For more information about our quality standards in vibratory finishing, click here: Quality Assurance.
As your partner for contract vibratory finishing, we offer you a state-of-the-art machine park. Specifically, we offer the following types of machines and processing techniques for vibratory finishing:
Short machining times with high material removal rates
PLC-controlled centrifugal vibratory finishing systems designed to meet the highest standards and achieve the shortest processing times for vibratory finishing. Chips and workpieces are separated using magnetic separators or Screening technology.
Round trough vibrators in various sizes are used to process different batches and materials. Thanks to the integrated separation system, batches can be effectively slide-polished. In particular, impact-sensitive workpieces are gently processed and polished.
For specified surface qualities
We offer excellent technical expertise in high-gloss polishing of your workpieces using tailored processes such as Keramofinish or chemically accelerated vibratory finishing (IDU). Depending on your requirements, surfaces can be specifically smoothed and refined.
Rotary drums are particularly well-suited for small, sturdy parts that are processed using the “part-to-part” method. They are typically used for high-volume applications.
Component-Specific Drying After the Process
After vibratory finishing, all parts are dried. Depending on the geometry of the workpieces, round trough dryers, continuous belt dryers, or hot-air centrifuges are used for this purpose.
Effective protection immediately after processing
Upon request, components can be treated with anti-corrosion oils after honing. The oiling process can be performed in either drums or centrifuges.
Anneal at up to 200 degrees Celsius
Workpieces can be tempered after vibratory finishing. The heat treatment is performed at temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius.
Storage under specified conditions
Air-conditioned storage is available for all components. This ensures that your workpieces remain in the best of hands even after Surface finishing.
The Best Among Thousands
As a quality provider of “Made in Germany” vibratory finishing services, you can count on our experience: We select the best media for your vibratory finishing process. This benefits not only your workpiece but also the environment.
Deburring, Polishing, and Cleaning with SPALECK
As experts in surface finishing, we will ensure that your workpiece is deburred, polished, and cleaned to the highest standards. We tailor the finishing process to your specific needs.
Deburring/Rounding
Even though laser and punching machines operate with high precision, sharp edges and burrs can still form on the final product (e.g., laser-cut parts). That is why SPALECK efficiently deburrs and rounds your workpieces. The sharp edges on your components are optimally rounded, and the burrs are completely removed.
Polishing/Smoothing
Polishing and smoothing enhance the technical and visual quality of your workpieces. The surface of your workpieces is smoothed and polished to a high gloss. Specially applied agents reduce surface roughness.
Cleaning/Descaling
The cleanliness of workpieces is becoming increasingly important in production. Descaling and cleaning are the best ways to remove dirt, rust, and tempering colors from your workpieces. This ensures that your surfaces are finished to the highest standard.
In addition to vibratory finishing, we also provide electroplating services for your components. Discover our eco-friendly electroplating services today.
Perfection down to the smallest detail
Your workpieces are in the best hands
