In centrifugal mass finishing, the workpieces are placed in a machine with a rotating base together with the processing equipment. The rotating floor generates a rotary movement, which leads to centrifugal force. The rotation causes material to be removed from the workpiece surfaces, which ensures a very effective mass finishing process.
Centrifugal vibratory finishing is particularly well-suited for small and lightweight workpieces. We process metal, plastic, and ceramic parts produced by all manufacturing methods (laser-cut parts, turned parts, milled parts, etc.).
