Modern testing equipment, comprehensive documentation and qualified specialist personnel support our objectives. In 1999, our company-specific quality management system—the SPALECK Management System (SMS)—was implemented and certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. All process parameters are constantly monitored in our state-of-the-art chemical laboratory.

We carry out surface roughness, coating thickness and corrosion protection tests in accordance with current standards (e.g. DIN EN ISO 9227) or your specifications.

The environment is important to us. Modern and sophisticated warewashing technology, such as stationary, cascade and spray warewashing, ensures a low level of waste water combined with optimum washing results. Circulation of the rinsing water minimizes the amount of waste water. The remaining wastewater is treated in our automated wastewater treatment plant using state-of-the-art technology and is continuously monitored.
